NEW OFFICE PROTOCOLS
You may see some changes, when it is time for your next appointment, things will be different, at least for a while. We made these changes to help protect our patients, families, and staff. Here’s some of the protocols we are implementing:
Are you sick? If you are experiencing any dry cough, fever, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of taste/smell or other cold-like symptoms, please call us to reschedule your visit. If any household members have experienced these symptoms we ask that you reschedule also.
Screening
Our office will communicate with you before your appointment to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you arrive and the office. We will also take the temperature of all patients upon arrival. Anyone with a temperature of 99.7 or above will be asked to reschedule.
Check-In
Please call the front desk when you arrive for your appointment 805-489-7645. We will then kindly ask you to wait at your car until one of our staff greets you as our reception room is closed.
Infection Prevention
We ask you to wear a face covering when entering the office per CDC guidelines. We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you are entering and leaving the office. A pre-procedural rinse will be provided to each patient prior to all dental procedures.
Social Distancing
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.

Please understand our team is made up of a group of people with families of their own. Please be patient with us, we are doing our best to accommodate everyone.
