Composite Restoration

Composite Restoration

A composite restoration (tooth colored filling) is used to repair a tooth that has been damaged by decay, cracks, fractures, etc. The decayed or damaged portion of the tooth will be removed and then filled with a composite material.
Composite restorations can be matched to the color of existing teeth. As with most dental restorations, composite fillings are permanent but will someday have to be replaced. They are very durable, and will last many years, giving you a long lasting, beautiful smile.

Reasons For Composite Restorations

  1. Decayed teeth
  2. Chipped teeth
  3. Closing the space between two teeth
  4. Cracked or broken teeth
  5. Worn teeth
